Why are there fewer tickets for the after-hours event than for the main event?
There are 2 main reasons:
1. For legal reasons: The after-hours permit is for the bottom level, or Afterlife, only.
2. The venue capacity changes: Due to the first reason, we’ll only have access to 2 of the 5 rooms that the main event does, which changes the capacity maximum limiting the amount of people we can allow in.
What if I only want to buy tickets to one of the events?
You are able to purchase the tickets separate of one another, so if you can only make it to the first, or only make it to the afterhours, you can purchase them accordingly.
Will I still be able to buy a ticket to the main event if the after-hours sells out?
Again, there is a limited number of tickets for Sunkissed: Afterburn. We will continue to sell Sunkissed tickets separate of the afterhours once it has sold out.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is not required, but highly encouraged. Having your ticket handy allows for a quick and smooth entry process for both you and those in line behind you.
Will there be food at the event?
We are currently working on having food carts available, if not inside, at least outside for the end of Sunkissed. If we are able to make this work, we highly recommend that everyone has at least a little snack prior to going home or while waiting in line for Sunkissed: Afterburn. We will make updates regarding this as they become available.
Is there re-entry?
There is NO re-entry. For those attending both events, there is a window between events that is the only chance you’ll get to leave and come back. This window is the perfect opportunity to go to your vehicles for a number of reasons, such as checking your phone, getting a sweatshirt, grabbing your alcohol for the BYOB after-hours, etc.
What should I know about BYOB?
The BYOB is for Sunkissed: Afterhours ONLY. Their policy allows you to bring one 750 ml BOTTLE of wine or liquor (per person) into the venue for a $10 corking fee. You are required to leave it at the bar where you can buy mixers and/or pour your own drinks. NO beer is allowed.
What is the refund policy?
By confirming payment you acknowledge that tickets are neither refundable nor transferrable. The artists booked are contractually obligated to perform unless prevented by an “Act of God” as defined below. As such, Live Free and Dance cannot be held accountable in these instances.
An “Act of God” shall be defined as any circumstance that renders ARTIST unable to perform for any reason, including but not limited to: sickness; death; injury or disability; accident; interruption or failure of means of transportation; a national calamity; riots or civil disorder in the vicinity of the Venue; strikes, labor disputes and lockouts; epidemics; the act or order of any public authority; failure of staging or electrical supplies; and/or any other cause or event, similar or dissimilar, provided such events are beyond the control of either party.
Should the event as a whole be cancelled, a make-up event of equal caliber will be created in its place. Should this occur, a choice between admission to said event at no additional charge or a 50% refund on the original ticket with a coupon for reduced admission to another event will be offered.
