There are a limited number of vending slots available for each Live Free and Dance event. We will be accepting vendors up until 1 week before the event, permitting availability. Please find detailed information below.
- Vending fee is $100.00 and includes 2 Vendor passes.
- Vendor's will be responsible for their own table set up and merchandise.
- Booth size will be that of a standard table (unless approved otherwise) and are set up along the outer walls of the main rooms upon arrival
Add On Options
Additional Vending Pass: $30.00
Each vendor is allowed to purchase one additional vending pass should they require a 3rd person. The pass must be paid for in advance.
Additional Table Space: $40.00
Pending availability, additional space may be available. The space must be approved and paid for in advance.
Once approved, we send an invoice to you via PayPal. Payments should be made within 3 business days of invoice date, unless approved otherwise. The slots will be released on a first come, first serve basis if payments are not received.
