Sunkissed Vending
Thank you for your interest in our event! There are a very limited number of vending slots available for Sunkissed and Sunkissed: Afterburn.
We will be accepting vendor requests beginning April 22nd and ending May 28th, permitting availability. However, due to the nature of this event, we will have a few new options to consider. Please review them below.
1. Sunkissed
a. Raver’s Market - The room next to the main bathroom on the main floor will be dedicated to vendors. Rather than a Farmer’s market, we’ll be calling it Raver’s Market.
What? 4 slots, 1 standard size table ONLY
When? 6:00pm to 1:45am
Where? Room off of main room next to main bathrooms
How? You are responsible for table set up and merchandise
b. Booths- There are crescent shaped booths along the wall of the main room across from the bar that have a table attached.
What? 3 slots, size of one preexisting booth
When? 6:00pm to 1:45am
Where? Main room (Room Two)
How? You are responsible for merchandise, table is included
c. Other- Side room locations that are determined on a first come, first serve basis.
What? 3 2 slots, 1 standard sized table unless approved otherwise
When? 6:00pm to 1:45am
Where? Side room location TBD
How? You are responsible for table set up and merchandise
2. Sunkissed Extended
a. All Nighter- There are ONLY a few slots available for those that wish to vend the entire 12 hours which we will put in the lower main room.
What? 4 slots, 1 standard size table ONLY
When? 6:00pm to 6:00am
Where? Lower main room (Room Four) along the back wall
How? You are responsible for table set up and merchandise
b. [PENDING] Snack Bar- Dedicated area for a food vendor
What? 1 slot, size is TBD
When? 2:00am to 6:00am
Where? Lower main room (Room Four)
How? You are responsible for all set up and merchandise.

c. [PENDING] Exit Snacks- The option for food vendors interested in setting up shop outside the venue during exit times.
What? 1+ slot(s)
When? Exit times are 1:45am and 6:00am
Where? Outside main exits of venue
How? You are responsible for obtaining any permits required by the city of New Haven (if any).

Add On Options
- Additional Vending Pass
o Each vendor is allowed to purchase one additional vending pass should they require a 3rd person. The pass must be paid for in advance.
§ $30.00 for Sunkissed Options
§ $40.00 for Sunkissed Extended Options
- Additional Table Space
o Pending availability and location, additional space may be available. The space must be approved and paid for in advance.
§ $50.00 for Sunkissed Options ONLY
o Should extended space not be available and you wish to purchase 2 vending slots we will make sure they are located together.
Payment
Once approved, we send an invoice to you via PayPal. Payments should be made within 3 business days of invoice date, unless approved otherwise. The slots will be released on a first come, first serve basis if payments are not received.
